This Privacy Policy explains how the V Logistics mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Vikrant Enterprises, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App. The App is an internal logistics workflow tool intended for authorised staff (Admin, Transporter, Security, and Floor roles).

Information We Collect

• Account credentials: your assigned User ID and password, which are used solely to authenticate you against our servers.
• Operational data: vehicle plan details you create or update, such as SAP code, dealer name, weight, destination, vehicle number, bay number, and status timestamps.
• Session data: an authentication token that keeps you signed in, stored securely on your device.

We do not collect your name for advertising, your location, contacts, photos, or any data unrelated to the logistics workflow.

Biometric Authentication

The App offers optional biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition). This biometric verification is performed entirely by your device's operating system. Your fingerprint or face data is never collected, transmitted, or stored by the App or our servers. The App only receives a success or failure result from the device.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and authorise access based on your role.
• To record and manage vehicle loading and dispatch workflow.
• To keep you signed in securely between sessions.

Data Storage & Security

• Authentication tokens are stored on your device using the platform's secure storage (Android Keystore-backed secure store).
• Data is transmitted to our servers over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Operational data is stored on our secured servers and is accessible only to authorised users.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Data is used only within the organisation for logistics operations and may be disclosed if required by law.

Data Retention

Operational records are retained for as long as required for business and legal purposes. You may request removal of your account by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by authorised staff and is not directed at children under 13.
